Last order dates for Christmas

Christmas delivery 2023

Although it feels very early with the somewhat mild weather we are having, I wanted to give you fair warning about Christmas order dates and delivery.

These are the dates given by Royal Mail. However, this is one of the busiest times of years and delays do happen. I urge you to order sooner rather than later if you are likely to be disappointed if an order doesn't arrive on time.

You can always opt to have your order delivered directly to the recipient. I will be offering a gift wrap service, along with the option to add on a gift card. This should be available by the end of October.

These are the current last order and dispatch dates. If anything changes I'll update this page.

UK customers

Last orders by Monday 18 December for dispatch by Royal Mail tracked 24 on Wednesday 20 December.

International customers

Customers outside of the UK are divided into three different groups. If your country or region isn't listed, please get in touch.

Australasia, Asia, Africa, Central & South America, Far & Middle East

Last orders by Monday 4 December for dispatch by Royal Mail International Tracked (or Signed) on Wednesday 6 December.

Cyprus, Malta, Greece, Turkey & Eastern Europe

Last orders by Tuesday 5 December for dispatch by Royal Mail International Tracked (or Signed) on Thursday 7 December.

Ireland, Europe, USA, Canada

Last orders by Friday 8 December for dispatch by Royal Mail International Tracked (or Signed) on Monday 11 December.

Any orders placed between  20 December 2023 and 1 January 2024 will be dispatched from 2 January 2024 onwards.

Gripper frames & pre-orders

If you are ordering an item that includes a gripper frame e.g. a starter bundle, these items are not dispatched in the usual timeframe. Pre-order items are dispatched in approximately 2-3 weeks following the closure of the pre-order.

If you would like to order a gripper frame or starter bundle, these are the remaining dates for 2023.

Please note only the October and November dates are suitable for those customers from outside of the UK who hope to receive their order in time for Christmas.

Pre-orders close 26 October 2023 for dispatch around 13 November 2023.

Pre-orders close 20 November 2023 for dispatch around 6 December 2023.

Pre-orders close 4 December 2023 for dispatch around 18 December 2023.

Digital gift cards, PDF patterns and workshops may still be purchased and gifted for Christmas.
