Maternity leave
I am on a period of maternity leave from mid December 2024 until Spring 2025.
All orders placed from Monday 9th December 2024 - Monday 6th January 2025 will not be dispatched until Tuesday 7th January 2025 onwards.
From January 2025 orders will continue to be processed and dispatched within 3 - 5 working days by my wonderful friend Mia.
All orders are sent via a 'tracked' or 'signed for' shipping service. Once dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking information. Please note that we are unable to see any additional tracking information to what you can see.

The same timeframe will apply when responding to emails and Mia will not be able to provide specific punch needle advice.
