Royal Mail are taking strike action throughout November and December 2022. Strike action will take place over a number of dates impacting different areas of the organisation, with each area taking strike action on different days. This means most services will only be affected on one or two of the days during the planned days of strike action that week.

Planned strike action

Delivery:
- 4th, 10th, 16th, 25th and 28th November
- 2nd December

Network:
- 2nd, 8th, 14th, 23rd, 28th and 30th November

Processing:
- 3rd, 9th, 15th, 24th and 28th November
- 1st December

Dispatch and delivery times

As always, I aim to process and dispatch all orders in 3 - 5 business days from the date of your order. This longer processing time allows me to factor in delays, strikes, illness and anything else that crops up unexpectedly. It is unlikely that I will be able to improve on this and expedite orders in the lead up to Christmas.

Please place orders as early as you can to avoid any disappointment in gifts not arriving on time.

Remember all kits come boxed and in gift ready packaging so you can always send directly to the recipient. I'm very happy to add in a card with a gift message, just leave me a note at the checkout with the message.
