SHIPPING
We aim to process and dispatch most orders within 3 - 5 working days from receipt of your order. This is an aim, if it is going to be significantly longer than this we will let you know.
Please double check your delivery address is correct to ensure your order is delivered to the right address. As long as the address is correct, parcels are very seldom lost.
Please do provide an email address at checkout if you would like to receive updates on your order.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. Parcels are usually delivered within 2 - 5 working days after dispatch, but may take up to 7 working days during busy periods. Royal Mail should contact you with an exact time and date for your delivery, either by SMS or email. Larger parcels will sometimes be sent using a courier. Shipping is £3.95 with free delivery within the UK on all orders of £65 or more.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. If this option is not available for your country, it will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed. Estimated delivery is 10 -15 working days, however in some cases this is subject to delays.
Every country processes imports differently, however any import VAT, customs taxes or handling fees will need to be paid before your order is delivered.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. We now collect customs and duties at point of sale so your order will be delivered PDDP (postal delivery duties paid). As this is a relatively new process, orders may be a little slower to arrive. We hope that most will arrive in 10 - 15 working days.
It is very unlikely for parcels to go missing, it is more likely that they are delayed in transit. We will be unable to offer a replacement or refund until the following time has elapsed after the expected delivery date:
- UK - 11 working days
- Rest of World - 32 working days
If an order is returned to Whole Punching undelivered due to it being unclaimed, because customs / import fees have not been paid or an incorrect address has been entered at the checkout we are unable to re-send free of charge. You will be entitled to a refund for the original order (minus the original shipping cost), or you are able to pay for it to be sent again.
Weight based shipping is used to calculate shipping costs for orders outside of the UK. An estimate of the lowest shipping charge for your country will be shown on the product page. Any import VAT, customs taxes or handling fees that may be applied are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are likely to be payable on receipt of the order; they should be checked with your local authority before purchase as we are unable to help with any errors made by local customs. Your order will not be able to be delivered until any charges have been paid.
