I am brand new to punch needle art. I bought a complete kit from a pretty well known craft company so I could give it a go. The punch needle supplied was a bit tricky to use and seemed to rip the fabric. Punching was so slow and painful to do. Everything was taking ages and not entirely successful.

I decided to purchase this Lavor 4mm punch needle, hoping it would be a bit nicer to use. Oh my goodness, the difference is like night and day!!. The Lavor punch needle just glides through the fabric and is a joy to use. I've had no rips in the fabric, no loops that have failed to catch and I can whizz along like you see folks do in those handy YouTube videos. I am utterly converted to my new hobby and this Lavor 4mm is the game changer I hoped it would be. The adjustable length is brilliant and so easy to change.

If you are in any doubt, don't be. This is a brilliant purchase.
