There are detailed printed instructions, including step-by-step photos which take you through everything from preparing the fabric in the hoop to punching and finishing your piece; making this kit perfect for absolute beginners and those new to punch needle. The printed instructions are a great resource to refer back to, time and again.
The kit requires a Lavor punch needle, there is an option to buy the kit with or without the fine punch needle set.
If you don't have one, the Lavor punch needle set includes three different needle tips allowing you to use a range of different fibres from embroidery floss to aran weight yarn. The tool is manufactured in Europe and the handle is made from recycled plastic.
I have chosen 100% non-mercerized cotton for this kit; a great option if you do not want to use a yarn including animal products or if you have sensitive skin since the yarn does not itch or irritate. The cotton yarn is also made in Europe and is Oeko-Tex® certified.
